Custom Built Guitars: 

Current Custom Build times are currently around 9-12 months:

We require a 65% Deposit and the Balance due prior to shipping. 

All guitars require payment in full prior to shipping and the buyer is responsible for all customs duties & taxes when shipped out of UK.

There are no Returns & Refunds on Custom Built Guitars unless damaged in transit and reported with pictures at the time of arrival or unless faulty. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Custom Made Products.

In Stock Models: 

In Stock Models (except USED) are covered by Distance Selling Regulations within UK and you have 14 days to Return for Refund (within 28 days).

However, this does not allow you to play the guitar for that period - It must be returned within 14 days in the condition it was shipped with no alteration and must be able to be sold 'as new'.

All guitars require payment in full prior to shipping and the buyer is responsible for all customs duties & taxes when shipped out of UK.
